Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Only if your product arrives defective or damaged by the shipping carrier, you must email us to obtain an RMA for exchange approval at kokopacks123@gmail.com.
Please provide clear images of the defective or damaged units.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to eliminate the risk of selling tampered products, we are unable to accept returns.
Refunds
If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, or if your order is cancelled before it is shipped, a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
